Guarantee
All Velurex laser machines come with:
- 2 year warranty on the machine itself
- 1 year warranty on laser handle / laser bar
The warranty covers all technical defects that are not due to user error, physical damage or unauthorized intervention.
How the guarantee works in practice
Year 1
- Errors are reported directly to Velurex.
- Quick technical assessment and troubleshooting
- Necessary spare parts are supplied free of charge
- Replacement is done via guided remote support (video/pictures)
Year 2
- Same process as year 1
- Spare parts continue to be supplied free of charge
- Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
After the warranty period
- Technical support continues
- Spare parts and shipping are charged as needed.
Small parts typically cost a smaller amount, while larger components can vary depending on type.
Support & technical assistance
Velurex acts as the first point of contact for all customers.
This means:
- You always contact Velurex first.
- We handle dialogue, troubleshooting and coordination
- The manufacturer's technicians are involved when necessary
