FAQ
Du får derfor fuld indsigt i maskinen før levering.

What is the delivery time for the equipment?
The expected delivery time is typically 2–3 weeks from order .
After receiving the order, the machine is produced within approx. 4–5 days , after which it is shipped. The actual shipment usually takes 9–13 days . The specific delivery time is always stated in connection with the offer and order confirmation.
What documentation comes with the machines?
All Velurex machines are delivered with full EU compliance , based on the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) , where required.
The documentation includes CE marking according to MDR , EU Declaration of Conformity , technical documentation and Notified Body assessment (e.g. TÜV) when the machine type and risk class require it.
The documentation is machine-specific, traceable and suitable for supervision and audits – not generic standard packages.
Does Velurex sell to private customers?
No. Velurex sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). All equipment is delivered after dialogue and clarification of needs with the individual clinic. If you are starting a clinic, you can contact us and we can find a solution together.
Can I buy directly via the webshop?
No. Velurex operates as a B2B showroom. There is no direct purchase or online payment. All machines are ordered after dialogue and written quotation.
Are the machines produced specifically for my clinic?
Yes. All equipment is produced specifically to the agreed configuration. Off-the-shelf products are not supplied.
Is there a right of withdrawal or return?
No. As the equipment is produced specifically for the customer, there is no right of withdrawal. Any return requires prior written agreement.
Does the equipment require special installation or training?
Installation and training requirements depend on the equipment and are agreed individually as part of the dialogue.
Does 808 nm also work on darker skin?
Yes. 808 nm is a well-documented wavelength that is widely used in professional equipment.
With the correct energy setting and treatment protocol, 808 nm can be used safely on both light and darker skin types.
Why don't you offer multi-wavelength on MDR lasers?
MDR certification requires extensive technical and clinical documentation for the specific configuration.
In practice, MDR-certified diode lasers are therefore delivered as single-wavelength systems, where safety and documentation can be maintained.
Can you offer training or courses in using the machines?
Yes. Velurex can provide training and courses in the use of the equipment in collaboration with our partner clinic, where there is a doctor attached, and the teaching is carried out by experienced healthcare staff.
The courses are practically oriented and conclude with documentation of completed training. Content and scope depend on the type of equipment and are agreed individually as part of the dialogue.
